The Vice President of Senior Living Operations will lead the strategic and business objectives across a designated portfolio of communities, focusing on key areas such as occupancy growth, profitability, staffing, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with regional and community leadership to drive resident and employee satisfaction while ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. This is a Division VPO position that will support a growing portfolio of luxury senior living communities in Florida, Colorado, Virginia, and Maryland. Candidates must be located in market to one community.
