The Opportunity We’re hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead brand strategy, communications, employer branding, and performance-driven brand amplification across all markets. This executive role is responsible for unifying acquired firms under a single national brand, strengthening market credibility, and positioning Archer Lewis as both: A Trusted Advisor to SMB owners, and An Employer of Choice for accounting and advisory professionals.

Requirements

15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
Proven success in brand-led growth for professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, financial services)
Experience with brand transformation, M&A integration, and employer branding
A low-ego, high-accountability leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Archer Lewis brand across all markets and service lines
Lead national and local brand campaigns that build trust, credibility, and visibility
Drive employer branding and recruiting marketing to accelerate hiring and retention
Lead brand and marketing integration for acquisitions
Own corporate communications, PR, and thought leadership
Oversee performance marketing as a brand-led growth engine
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and agency partners
