Service Champions is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. The VP of Marketing plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and success by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive results. Founded in 2003, Service Champions is a $100M+ Home Services Company in Northern California that specializes in heating, air-conditioning, electrical, water, and insulation. We service the greater Bay Area and Sacramento. This position is based out of our company headquarters located in Pleasanton, CA. It is a professional support center environment where we work hard and have fun.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills – track communications with other departments, vendors, and event organizers
  • Participating in community outreach and sponsorships
  • Help the team with organizational tasks such as creating asset libraries and ordering print assets for the various centers
  • Create simple campaign summaries and reports
  • Create presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders
  • Be passionate about writing clear and concise copy
  • A critical thinker who can work both independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • 7–10+ years in marketing leadership
  • Proven ownership of meaningful budgets
  • Experience managing multiple vendors at once
  • Strong project management track record
  • Direct experience partnering with operations or service delivery teams

Nice To Haves

  • Home services, construction, or multilocation experience strongly preferred
  • Membership or subscription program experience is a plus
