About The Position

Luxe Brands is seeking a strategic and results driven Vice President, Marketing to lead the next phase of brand and revenue growth across our expanding portfolio of bridal retail and ecommerce businesses. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will define the overarching marketing strategy for the organization, including brand positioning, customer acquisition, budget allocation, and channel prioritization. They will operate as a true executive partner bringing forward data-backed recommendations and disciplined execution. This role requires a well rounded marketing leader who can effectively balance brand interpretation, performance marketing, and operational execution, not purely a creative or channel specific leader.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior director or above role.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Experience owning and managing marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Proven background in high growth, consumer facing companies, ideally in luxury or specialty retail. Multi-location experienced required.
  • Strong understanding of brand and creative marketing and how it supports conversion and customer engagement.
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising, including attribution, ROI modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing with strong analytical skills and the ability to tie activity directly to business outcomes.
  • Experience leading PR or external brand positioning efforts.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams of 5+ people, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Proficient skills in Excel.
  • Proficient experience with Meta and Google advertising, email/SMS marketing, and SEO.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and platform performance drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end marketing strategy grounded in data-driven decision making that includes brand positioning, customer acquisition, and channel mix.
  • Partner with the CEO to translate brand vision and company objectives into clear marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Build and lead a high performing team by setting clear expectations, accountability for results, and a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, making disciplined decisions on where to spend for the biggest impact and ROI.
  • Lead paid advertising strategy, including attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Ensure the team is using the right tools, systems, and reporting to track performance effectively.
  • Use KPIs, data, and reporting to understand what’s working and make better decisions.
  • Oversee PR and external brand presence for CEO and company, including agency and vendor partnerships, media opportunities, and brand storytelling.
