About The Position
As a Vice President of Manufacturing, you will be a critical leader responsible for driving performance across our manufacturing network. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while developing the next generation of talent. Reporting to the SVP of Manufacturing, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to shape business initiatives, strengthen plant performance, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related area.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment with proven executive leadership experience and corporate strategic planning
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivering against performance targets
- Demonstrated success in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving results through others
- Background in manufacturing leadership, ideally within CPG or a related industry
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence
- Enterprise mindset with the ability to connect manufacturing strategy to broader business objectives
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations across a group of plants, driving performance against key metrics including cost, quality, safety, and delivery
- Partner with the business to execute critical initiatives aligned to growth and operational excellence priorities
- Own and manage the business unit manufacturing budget, ensuring strong financial performance and cost discipline
- Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building across the manufacturing network
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement using CI/lean methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to align manufacturing with business goals
