We are looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to join our team. This VP position provides strategic leadership and executive oversight of all human capital functions for HOC. This role ensures that HR strategy is fully aligned with the organization’s mission, values, regulatory environment, and growth objectives. The VP of HR is responsible for fostering a compassionate, high-performing, and compliant workforce while serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team. This leader oversees the design, governance, and effectiveness of all HR operations, ensuring policies, practices, and culture support organizational excellence.
