The Vice President of Human Resources serves as a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s people strategy in alignment with business growth and long-term objectives. This role partners closely with Senior leadership to build scalable people programs, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure Southern Orthodontic Partners continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent across its growing network of partner practices. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP of HR will lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, compensation design, and culture building. This individual will play a key role in scaling HR infrastructure and processes to support rapid growth, including integration of new partner practices and evolving organizational needs. As a member of the HR leadership team, the VP will help drive a high-performance culture that supports innovation, accountability, and an exceptional team member experience.
