The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all human resource functions across the organization. Reporting directly to the President, this role ensures HR practices align with organizational mission, values, regulatory requirements, and operational goals. The VP of Human Resources will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, workplace safety, performance management, and organizational culture while fostering a respectful, service-oriented, and faith-centered workplace.
