About The Position

Topo Designs is a Colorado-based outdoor lifestyle brand seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead the direct to consumer revenue channel. This executive role will own the strategy and execution of e-commerce, digital advertising, and marketing, reporting directly to the President and serving on the leadership team. The VP of Growth will shape the future direction of Topo Designs and will have the necessary resources to achieve ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in performance-based digital revenue acquisition and/or sales roles that are tightly integrated with digital-led acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving significant, measurable e-commerce growth, ideally in a product-driven or lifestyle brand.
  • Deep expertise in performance digital marketing: paid social, paid search, SEO, CRM/email, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of brand-building and the intersection of brand equity and revenue performance.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams at a senior level.
  • Data-fluent: comfortable with dashboards, attribution modeling, and making decisions from complex data sets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where speed and adaptability matter.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L responsibility across all ecommerce channels, with direct to consumer channels leading the company’s growth engine.
  • Set revenue targets and build the strategy and operational plans to achieve them.
  • Identify new digital revenue opportunities, including new channels, markets, or category expansion.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce revenue acquisition team.
  • Drive scalable, profitable growth in direct to consumer ecommerce.
  • Own all digital marketing, including paid social, paid search, email/SMS, SEO, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee the full digital customer experience from first touch through retention and loyalty.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making with rigorous attention to CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
  • Champion digital innovation by testing new platforms, formats, and growth levers with speed and discipline.
  • Partner with the President to translate brand strategy into measurable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead execution of product marketing, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies that drive traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across digital channels.
  • Own digital marketing performance, including media spend, campaign optimization, ROAS, conversion metrics, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Direct content, social, influencer, and community programs to support product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue objectives.
  • Establish campaign measurement, testing, and reporting disciplines to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and acquisition performance.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align inventory, product priorities, and marketing investments with revenue opportunities.
  • Build and manage the marketing operating cadence, budget, agency relationships, and performance reporting required to achieve growth targets.
