The Vice President of Global Tax Operations is responsible for reviewing all aspects of accounting for income taxes and financial reporting, overseeing U.S. and International tax compliance (Federal, State, Local and International), forecasting cash taxes and the effective tax rate for FP&A, implementing tax transformation and technology, managing U.S. and International tax audit and controversies, managing transfer pricing, identifying tax credits and incentives, and providing tax advice for Mergers & Acquisitions. This role reports to the SVP of Global Tax and is part of the CAO’s extended leadership team. The position is eligible to operate as a fully remote role. LPL Financial Holdings Inc.
