Vice President of Finance & Administration

Evergreen GoodwillSeattle, WA

About The Position

The Vice President of Finance & Administration is a transformational finance leader who can operate at both ends of the spectrum architecting long-term financial strategy for a complex, multi-entity organization while also ensuring the fundamentals are executed flawlessly. This is not a role for someone who only thinks at the 30,000-foot level, nor for someone who only manages the details. We need both. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for fundamentally strengthening how EGNW's finance function works by standardizing and rebuilding financial processes to be scalable, auditable, and automation-ready. As the organization increasingly leverages AI and technology to streamline operations, this VP will be the architect of a finance infrastructure built for the future: clean, consistent processes; smart systems; and a team that spends less time on manual work and more time on meaningful insight. EGNW operates across multiple legal entities and a growing, complex organizational structure. The VP must be capable of managing the financial complexity that comes with that — intercompany accounting, entity-level reporting, consolidated financials, and the strategic thinking to understand how the structure itself can be optimized over time. At the same time, this person owns the day-to-day: the bills get paid, the books close on time, and develops the team’s capabilities to support a growing and increasingly complex organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and complex financial operations.
