About The Position

The Vice President of Digital Marketing at BDB will lead the strategic vision and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative digital campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives and business goals. The VP will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, technology, and operations to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies. A key focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and enhance the customer journey across multiple digital channels. Ultimately, this position will play a critical role in elevating Buca di Beppo’s digital presence and competitive positioning in the restaurant industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and marketing performance measurement tools.
  • Experience working in a multi-location or franchise business environment.

  • Oversee the selection and implementation of digital marketing technologies and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
