About The Position

We are seeking a results-oriented VP of Creative to lead the creative vision for 10X Health while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. This leader will bridge artistry and analytics, driving compelling creative that resonates with our audience, supports growth objectives, and elevates our brand presence across digital and experiential channels.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, user acquisition, conversion optimization, and brand storytelling
• Proven experience turning creative ideas into campaigns that drive measurable business results
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with marketing and growth stakeholders
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative excellence that is also data-informed and results-driven
• 7+ years of creative leadership experience in high-growth, consumer-facing brands, with a strong track record in performance-driven marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

• Passion for wellness, health, and performance optimization is a plus
• Experience in health, wellness, or similarly fast-moving industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team to produce high-performing campaigns across paid media, social, email, web, video, and experiential channels
• Develop a creative strategy that directly aligns with growth and engagement KPIs, including acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with growth marketing and analytics teams to optimize creative performance based on data insights
• Oversee production of visual, written, and multimedia content that is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for conversion
• Drive innovation by testing new creative approaches, formats, and messaging strategies to maximize ROI
• Set and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all marketing and product touchpoints
• Mentor and grow creative talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and high performance
