Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading marketing functions, ideally in fintech, real estate, or mortgage sectors
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses through effective marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience managing $15M+ annual marketing budgets with strong ROI focus
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to align departmental goals with organizational objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills, including performance tracking, forecasting, reporting, and presentation of data to leadership
  • Deep knowledge of homeowner acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
  • Skilled in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present ideas and data compellingly
  • Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and collaborative, remote-first work environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers
  • Lead overall marketing strategy and growth plans, prioritizing scalable initiatives that drive measurable business impact
  • Partner with Finance to forecast, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Manage omnichannel marketing efforts, constantly iterating and testing strategies for optimal performance
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, extracting actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
