About The Position

Vogelsang USA is a leading manufacturer of rotary lobe pumps, progressive cavity pumps, grinders, and engineered fluid-handling solutions serving municipal, industrial, agricultural, biogas, transportation, and OEM markets. Our reputation is built on innovation, reliability, and exceptional customer support. As we continue to expand our aftermarket business, we are seeking a high-potential leader to build, scale, and ultimately own our aftermarket growth strategy across North America. This executive will work across a unique go-to-market model that includes both independent distribution partners and direct OEM relationships. The ideal candidate understands how to create demand, influence end users, develop distributors, and build sustainable aftermarket programs that increase customer lifetime value. We are looking for someone who sees aftermarket not as a support function, but as a strategic growth engine.
