Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience required
  • Must reside in either Wisconsin or Minnesota

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of prior leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of Member Solutions operations, including collections strategy, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation, while maintaining low delinquency levels.
  • Build and maintain effective cross-departmental partnerships to support enterprise-wide goals and deliver a top-tier member experience.
  • Authorize and oversee pre-legal and legal collection activities, including loan rewrites, credit bureau dispute resolution, and 1099-C reporting.
  • Ensure all collection practices comply with federal, state, and credit union regulations, including BSA and other required compliance programs.
  • Manage bankrupt accounts, foreclosures, and collateral sales in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Review and recommend loans for charge-off and prepare monthly charged-off loan reporting.
  • Provide strategic input to executive leadership on delinquency trends, portfolio risk, and loss-mitigation strategies.
  • Develops team members and department culture that executes an experience for our members that promotes our mission
  • Manages the member’s experience feedback with critical problem-solving skills to enhance the member’s future relationship
