About The Position

The Global Product Group (“GPG”) is a component of the Investor Partners Group (“IPG”) that is responsible for the investor product lifecycle, spanning product ideation and development, product marketing and execution, product management and reporting. The team oversees, manages and seeks to optimize the Firm’s existing suite of investor products. GPG collaborates with Firm leadership and business unit leaders to plan and execute high impact projects such as new fund launches, product extensions, customized separate account vehicles and new multi-product strategic partnerships. The team also serves as the product expert for the Firm’s investor product offerings. This individual will support the structuring of new investment products. This position will partner closely with Tax, Legal and Compliance, Operations and other teams within IPG to translate product concepts into executable and scalable structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD, CFA or MBA preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in private markets including experience at a top law firm as a private funds attorney or in a product / fund structuring role at an asset manager
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to evaluate, synthesize and apply complex concepts to new product initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex structural considerations to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial, legal and structural concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, decision‑oriented materials
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and quality
  • Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently
  • Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating fund structures and articulating key structural considerations that integrate legal, tax, regulatory, operational and investor perspectives
  • Serving as the primary internal point of contact for product structuring and implementation matters
  • Identifying structural constraints and proposing commercially practical solutions
  • Assessing the Firm’s ability to operationalize proposed structures and identifying execution gaps
  • Supporting informed decision‑making by clearly outlining trade-offs, dependencies and implementation considerations
  • Acting as the central connective function across Tax, Legal and Compliance, Operations and other teams within IPG during product design and launch
  • Facilitating alignment across stakeholders with differing objectives and risk considerations
  • Preparing concise, decision‑oriented materials for senior management and governance committees
