The Vice President, Medical Affairs will establish and lead Latigo’s Medical Affairs function, serving as a key strategic partner to the Chief Medical Officer and executive team. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the medical strategy across a portfolio spanning a rapidly advancing Phase 3 asset and earlier-stage clinical programs. This is a highly visible, externally facing role requiring deep scientific and clinical expertise, particularly in pain and neuroscience. The VP will translate Latigo’s mechanism-based science and clinical data into a compelling medical narrative, engage thought leaders, and build the foundation for future commercialization. The role requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced, clinical-stage biotechnology environment.
