The Vice President, Marketing – Flag Football will lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing for a brand-new professional Flag Football league, building the marketing function and fan ecosystem from the ground up. This role carries clear accountability for establishing awareness, cultivating a loyal fan base, and shaping how fans understand and engage with the league, athletes, teams, competition and partners from day one. This leader will design and operationalize data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies that translate business objectives into measurable outcomes—driving brand equity, audience growth, and long-term commercial value as the league launches and scales. This position sits at the center of both daily execution and long-term brand building in a startup-like environment, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders including teams, athletes, sponsors, and media partners. This leader will build foundational marketing capabilities while overseeing multi-platform campaigns from concept through execution and analysis, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable performance across all touchpoints.
