The Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Girl Scouts of Western Washington (GSWW) plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. This includes overseeing digital and print initiatives, brand management, and media relations aimed at effectively conveying the organization's mission and increasing engagement among Girl Scouts, volunteers, and donors. The VP leads the Marketing and Communications team, which is responsible for content creation, data analysis, and budget management, and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent messaging. This position is also part of both the Advancement and GSWW Leadership Teams, shaping collective objectives and strategies for the department and organization. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position that requires residency in Washington State, preferably within our Council region of Western Washington. Work can be conducted remotely, but successful candidates must be willing and able to come into a GSWW office or alternative worksite as needed or when requested. Starting compensation for this position is $106,838 to $133,548 per year. Placement within this range is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, specialized knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
