About The Position

Invest in Your Future at BSNB! We are growing! BSNB is seeking an experienced individual to lead our Loan Servicing Department as a Vice President, Loan Servicing, to support our continued growth! A DAY IN THE LIFE As the VP, Loan Servicing you will be responsible for leading the development, execution and maintenance of commercial, mortgage and consumer loan servicing. You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines for the serviced portfolios. A key to success is interacting with various bank department managers and their staff to promote efficient and accurate workflow.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• A minimum of ten years supervisory experience in Commercial Loan Servicing required, a minimum of five years supervisory experience in residential and consumer loan servicing areas preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability required as evidenced by the ability to set a strategic vision for growth, solve problems, plan, organize and direct activities of others; and the ability to act as an agent for change.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations is key in this position.

• Experience with HorizonXE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Management of day-to-day activities of commercial loan servicing, and indirect oversight of retail loan servicing, optimizing operational processes.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide effective direct oversight of the servicing of commercial loans, including monitoring loan performance, managing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Supervise all aspects of servicing for all loans (portfolio and sold).
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Anticipate volume growth from new delivery channels and product implementation; ensure the success of system implementations and enhancements.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, motivates and challenges staff, delegates effectively, rewards contributions, manages collaboratively.
