About The Position

Manage all elements of consumer and commercial loans from the time of system input throughout the life of the loan. Duties to include but are not limited to payment process, escrow process, tax and insurance monitoring, draw process, along with other various servicing functions Manage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner Work closely with departmental team leads to ensure all duties are executed effectively Establish and maintain an efficient and productive working environment within the department based on continuous and effective staff communication. Successfully interact with the lending staff to improve accuracies and efficiencies. Perform ongoing training, review and communicate current or developing lending industry topics/concerns or standards Conduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results. Implement clean-up procedures and corresponding changes when necessary and as appropriate Communicate with management team to coordinate system and control activities related to loan documentation and monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ related management experience preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be analytical and organized
  • Must be a self-starter and able to meet all deadlines
  • Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with good presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possesses clear understanding and complies with all bank procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
  • Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
