About The Position
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader to oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, field services, and workplace productivity across a large, multi-location retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing technology operations supporting 1,500+ locations and a growing corporate workforce.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance
- Experience leading large, distributed technology teams
- Strong background in cloud environments, ITSM, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business growth
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user technology strategy
- Ensure a strong security posture and compliance with industry requirements
- Drive modernization across cloud, retail/edge, and workplace productivity platforms
- Oversee field services and IT support to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience
