We’re seeking a Production Services Application Support professional to join our Digital Asset production Services team in New York. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Design and implement the organization’s Dynatrace observability strategy across applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud services. Develop AI observability capabilities to monitor AI applications, models, agents, prompts, dependencies, performance, reliability, and operational health. Implement distributed tracing and end-to-end transaction monitoring to identify performance bottlenecks, service dependencies, and root causes across complex environments. Build Java- and Python-based automation and integrations for Dynatrace onboarding, configuration, alerting, dashboards, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD processes. Evaluate Dynatrace AI capabilities and emerging observability technologies, translate findings into practical solutions, and clearly communicate recommendations and architecture to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other similar degree.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Java and related technologies (J2EE, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python and related technologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., relational databases like Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Zephyr).
  • Understanding of security vulnerabilities in web applications.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
