AssistRx, a technology solutions firm, connects pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers with patients, providers, and pharmacies through its flagship product, iAssist℠. This product simplifies the prescribing process for specialty therapies and improves accuracy, adherence, and speed to therapy. The Vice President, Infrastructure Services is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology services. This role ensures reliable, scalable, and cost-effective operations to support business continuity in a healthcare call center environment. The position oversees five teams: Production Infrastructure, Telephony, Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) support, End-user technology and support, and the Project Management Office. The role involves both operational duties and transformational leadership, including shifting from reactive to proactive support, driving metrics-driven service management, migrating from colocation to hybrid/cloud platforms, modernizing telephony, and adopting AI and automation. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with corporate objectives.
