Requirements
- 15+ years in semiconductor or cloud infrastructure sales, including deep experience managing global strategic accounts
- At least 5+ years working directly with a top-tier cloud service provider, with established executive relationships
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product, multi-year deals from concept through production
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their role in AI, networking, and cloud architectures
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value
- Skilled at navigating large, matrixed organizations to align engineering, product, finance, legal, and operations
- Proven ability to structure and close high-value agreements that deliver win-win outcomes
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global account strategy across AI, networking, and custom silicon solutions to exceed multi-year revenue targets
- Position Marvell as a critical enabler of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure
- Establish deep relationships with C-suite executives, engineering leaders, and supply chain decision-makers
- Orchestrate multi-threaded sales cycles, from early architecture engagement to large-scale production ramps
- Influence product direction by acting as the voice of the customer across engineering and business units
- Build and manage a robust design-win funnel, converting opportunities into long-term, high-value partnerships
