It also focuses on strengthening organizational capability and culture by advising leaders, equipping managers, reinforcing accountability, supporting employee engagement, and building leadership readiness, succession depth, and high-performing teams across locations. The role oversees core HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, policy governance, and vendor relationships. Additionally, it guides compensation decisions, ensures HR compliance with labor laws in collaboration with legal counsel, and oversees FCC EEO licensing requirements for broadcast operations. The position leverages HR data, workforce analytics, and benchmarks to identify trends, measure outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations. Finally, it advances HR technology and AI-enabled process improvements to enhance productivity and decision quality while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
