This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a portfolio of strategic people and workforce initiatives. You will help shape actionable strategies and implementation plans that address high-impact talent and organizational priorities. As a Vice President on the HR Strategy team, you will own a portfolio of firmwide people and workforce strategy initiatives and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders. You will use people data and workforce analytics to assess opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive implementation plans. You will manage projects such as workforce planning and talent strategy assessments, future-state HR operating model design, HR technology and vendor evaluations, organizational design optimization, and total rewards and employee experience strategy development. You will connect work across businesses to deliver practical HR solutions for internal stakeholders. You will communicate insights clearly through executive-ready materials.
