The role also involves collaborating with partners to advance affordable housing, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, managing program budgets, and preparing funding applications. Additionally, the position requires reviewing and implementing rules and regulations, monitoring compliance with inspections, making policy and management decisions, and ensuring accountability to program rules. The Vice President will also be responsible for responding to HUD findings, preparing reports, and evaluating data for rent reasonableness determination. Attending meetings, training, and maintaining regular attendance and job safety requirements are also essential.
