Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, The VP, Head of Search & Evaluation is a senior leader within the Corporate Development organization responsible for setting the strategy for, building the organization around, and leading the identification, assessment, and advancement of external innovation opportunities that support Revolution Medicines' portfolio strategy and long-term growth objectives. Working in close partnership with leaders across Research, Development, Commercial, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Executive Management, this individual will lead the company's search and evaluation activities across discovery- and clinical-stage opportunities. The role is accountable for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of external opportunities, driving rigorous opportunity assessments, shaping strategic recommendations that inform portfolio and partnering decisions, and building a high-performing Search & Evaluation team with the capabilities and leadership depth to support the company's growth. The successful candidate will combine deep scientific and business acumen with exceptional organizational leadership, strategic judgment, and executive communication skills. This individual will serve as a key connector across the organization and a senior external-facing leader, ensuring that external innovation efforts are aligned with corporate strategy, therapeutic area priorities, and emerging opportunities in precision oncology and related fields. They will create an environment in which talented team members can exercise judgment, grow as leaders, and independently drive high-quality search and evaluation work at scale.
