Unity is looking to scale its agency and brand sales team by hiring a Head of Sales. As Head of Agency Sales, you will lead Unity's Agency and Brand Partnerships team — the group responsible for driving brand advertising revenue through major agency holding companies, independent agencies, brands direct, retail media networks (RMNs), and commerce media networks (CMNs). This is an existing, high-performing team that you will elevate: setting sales strategy, developing your team, and personally cultivating the most senior agency and brand relationships in the market. You will report to the SVP of Programmatic and Non-Gaming Growth, and operate as a key voice in shaping how Unity positions its inventory, audience data, and programmatic capabilities to the buy side. You'll work closely with product, marketing, sales development representatives, post sales and operations to ensure Unity's go-to-market for brand demand is differentiated, compelling, and scalable.
