The Vice President will focus on launch readiness, customer journey strategy, omnichannel planning, segmentation and personalization, measurement frameworks, and innovation. Execution and orchestration will reside within Commercial Operations and other operational teams, while this role sets the enterprise strategy, governance, and priorities that enable consistent, customer-centric engagement.
