The role involves leading the Global Talent Management Team, overseeing global talent processes in collaboration with HR COEs, and driving the strategy for executive and leadership development programs. Additionally, it includes leading change management initiatives, providing organization design expertise, managing budgets, developing long-range plans, and leading technology-based processes. People management responsibilities include creating a compelling vision, recruiting, coaching, developing talent, and increasing employee engagement.
