We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and highly accountable VP of Sales to lead global revenue across retail. This leader will own end-to-end sales strategy, deepen key partnerships, and unlock growth across regions, channels, and emerging platforms. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building teams and driving both top-line and bottom-line productivity while building a high-performing, modern sales organization.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of sales management experience within the beauty/cosmetic industry, with a proven track record of growing revenue and profitability.
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting, identify trends faster, and optimize store prioritization.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets to build forecasts and execute data-led sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive retail productivity (sell-through), including sales per door and per SKU, in a competitive environment.
  • Strong experience leading high-performing field teams with measurable impact on sales and conversion.
  • Results-driven, customer-centric, and naturally curious.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 3-year Global commercial strategy focused on Sephora and omni-channel retail to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Own overall sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, including monthly revenue budgets and margin goals.
  • Manage senior-level relationships with Sephora globally and build clear channel roles to define "where to win."
  • Deeply analyze store-level and SKU-level performance to drive assortment optimization, newness launches, and space negotiations/retrofits.
  • Drive productivity metrics (sales per door, per SKU, per square foot) and ensure high in-stock levels.
  • Lead distributor and retail partnerships across 14+ countries, ensuring global consistency while adapting to local market needs.
  • Identify white-space markets and expansion opportunities to scale the brand's footprint.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to own sales forecasting, aligning inventory with retailer demand to improve accuracy and reduce overstock/out-of-stocks.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing field team, defining resource allocation based on data and traffic.
  • Establish and track KPIs including sales lift in covered vs. non-covered doors, event ROI, and conversion improvement.
  • Ensure field insights are captured and integrated into the broader corporate strategy while providing a shared vision and purpose for the team.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization across Retail, International, and Distributor channels.
  • Establish clear roles, accountability, and succession planning to develop bench strength.
  • Partner closely with Marketing (launches and storytelling), Product (innovation pipeline), and Finance (margin management) to act as a credible voice at the leadership table.
