About The Position

Develop and lead annual and long-range marketing and business plans in partnership with direct reports (Director, Arterial; Director, Venous; Director, Vascular Upstream & Marketing Strategy; Director, VT Marketing Activation) to drive sustainable franchise growth. Partner cross-functionally to define and execute portfolio strategies, including both organic and external growth opportunities. Identify, evaluate, and champion acquisition opportunities that support franchise and divisional growth objectives. Build and execute an integrated global marketing strategy and drive commercial execution with key internal and external partners. Lead regular global leadership discussions to ensure franchise strategy is effectively deployed across major geographies, with appropriate local adaptation. Engage frequently with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to deeply understand unmet needs and incorporate insights into strategy development. Leverage cross-franchise and functional expertise to influence complex business decisions. Define and champion a clear, compelling vision for the global Vascular portfolio in collaboration with Marketing leadership. Align franchise priorities, investments, and resources to deliver against an integrated strategy and operating plan. Build a strong succession pipeline by mentoring, sponsoring, and developing high-potential marketing leaders. Communicate integrated marketing strategies across the Vascular Therapies organization and the broader enterprise to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution. Apply enterprise systems, processes, and best practices to drive execution, efficiency, and operational excellence. Continuously assess and improve ways of working to reduce complexity and enhance organizational effectiveness. Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of medical device marketing experience
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience with demonstrated people and organizational leadership
  • Proven commercial leader with experience developing and executing global go-to-market strategies for innovative technologies
  • Track record of delivering impactful, scalable marketing strategies
  • Strong passion for developing leaders and building high-performing teams
  • Highly motivated, self-aware leader with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strategic, action-oriented thinker with a collaborative leadership style
  • Exceptional communicator, able to influence and align senior leaders across functions and geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct reporting authority
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%) to engage with global teams, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Committed to simplifying processes, reducing bureaucracy, and fostering open, candid communication
