To enable this, a new Vice President of Global Data & Analytics will report to the Chief Data Officer and will be accountable for an exciting set of ambitious responsibilities. As a core member of GDO Leadership Team, this leader will be at the frontier of leading both mature and newly formed teams to help us deliver on our bold ambitions. This role will be a critical catalyst for data, analytics and AI innovation, the possibilities from Gen and Agentic AI to help internal partners across Visa to make more informed decisions and optimize their business operations via insights and analytical decision-making & optimization tools. The leader should be a thought partner to various senior leaders across the organization to help make Visa an even better company via data, insights and AI. The Vice President of Global Data & Analytics (D&A) will be responsible for establishing and guiding a team to execute on strategic priorities and shared team objective and key results across the GDO. The role will lead the following units: (1) Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) Regional Internal D&A function, (2) European Union and UK (EU) Regional Internal D&A function, (3) Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) Region Internal D&A function, (4) Commercial Money Solutions (CMS) Internal D&A function, (5) Value-Added Services Internal D&A function, (6) Marketing & Finance Internal D&A function, (7) Merchant Data D&A function and (8) (matrix relationship) co-lead the GDO Strategic Analytics Function. In addition, the leader will be expected to collaborate with other D&A and Data Science practices and teams across Visa to drive standardization and innovation best practices via communities of interest and shared tool development.
