About The Position

The Vice President, Global Account Management - Cloud will be based US - Remote, reporting to Olav Schroeder. The goal of the Global Account Management role is to develop strategic plans to ensure that their specific account delivers benefits and capabilities that the organization can utilize to sustain, enhance and deliver organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Typically requires +10 years in sales/global account management.
  • Typically requires at least 7 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
  • Requires excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and networking abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes.
  • Business acumen and proven ability to improve/turnaround key financial results.
  • Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving to continuously improve value.
  • Ability to identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks or elimination of non-value-added processes).
  • Requires strong innovation skills and creativity.
  • Ability to influence and hold others accountable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Must understand P&L.

  • Sell verticals from Flex portfolio of products and services.

  • CxO engagement and influence.
  • Clear comprehension of Customer goals and how Flex can deliver value.
  • Say/Do ratio across Ops and Commercial.
