Requirements

15+ years of work experience in an accounting/financial services role, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting or finance.
Demonstrated experience of utilizing artificial intelligence and automation technologies to transform business processes, improve operation scalability, strengthen governance controls and increase accuracy across operations.
Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to resolve complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and web-based resources.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department in alignment with overall company goals.
Oversee and provide executive-level guidance to Directors, Senior Directors, and other key leaders within the Financial Operations department.
Collaborate closely with C-level executives and department heads to align financial processes with broader business objectives.
Provide global oversight of financial operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Foster strong relationships with key clients globally, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Sponsor and oversee strategic projects with cross-departmental outreach, contributing to the achievement of company-wide goals
Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Operations leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
