This role involves assisting in structuring various financial solutions for healthcare clients, including acquisition financings, leveraged and investment-grade loans, bridge facilities, and corporate revolvers. The position requires preparing credit submissions and supporting documentation for transaction approvals, such as loan syndications, pipeline management, single-name credit strategies, and Exceptions Committee memoranda. The role also supports transactions from underwriting through closing and ongoing monitoring, structures and monitors syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, and conducts financial analysis with detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, covenant analysis, and downside scenarios. Additionally, the role provides coverage support for designated healthcare clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities across Capital Markets products, and partners closely with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Fixed Income Sales & Trading teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring client, industry, and market performance, especially regulatory developments, reimbursement trends, M&A activity, and credit deterioration risks. The role also assists with internal credit administration, portfolio monitoring, and industry trend analysis, liaises with middle and back-office functions for seamless execution of financial processes, and engages Risk Management and Credit Portfolio Management teams in credit underwriting, approvals, amendments, and ongoing monitoring.
