Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation OR High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation
  • Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi-business unit organizations
  • Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model design, and cross-functional change initiatives
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience building and leading enterprise data governance organizations and data domain models
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and enterprise value creation

Responsibilities

  • Defining and evolving the enterprise data strategy aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and the operating model
  • Driving the design and adoption of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, and standards
  • Partnering with IT and business leaders to shape scalable data platforms, including cloud, MDM, metadata, and analytics capabilities
  • Establishing governance forums and executive steering committees to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure value realization
  • Leading cross-functional change management to embed data-driven decision-making, trusted data usage, and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
