Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • A strong executive presence and a natural sales instinct, you open doors and close deals
  • Deep credibility and genuine respect within the Oracle and enterprise applications community
  • A track record of hitting financial targets, revenue growth, EBITDA, and beyond
  • Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset that earns long-term trust
  • The strategic and analytical horsepower to think big and execute even bigger
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.

Nice To Haves

  • You're an established leader in the consulting world, someone who's built practices, grown teams, and delivered results in JD Edwards, Oracle EBS/ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

  • Define the practice roadmap, set ambitious goals, and rally your team around a clear, compelling vision
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnering closely with sales to expand our client footprint
  • Cultivate deep, trusted relationships and ensure every engagement reflects our commitment to quality and results
  • Lead and develop talent across the U.S., India, and emerging markets, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Manage resources, budgets, and delivery operations to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, develop intellectual capital, and represent ennVee's expertise in the broader enterprise applications community
