About The Position

As the Vice President (VP), Customer Advocacy - Acute / Ambulatory, you will collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions. Assess the current performance of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes. Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Targeting the Northeast corridor (NY, NJ, CT) to effectively manage health system clients in this region.
  • 7+ years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
  • 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
  • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
  • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
  • Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.
  • Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.
  • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy
