Requirements

5–10 years in financial services
Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred
Contract negotiation experience (ideally with legal exposure)
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage large deal volumes (100+ transactions)
High stress tolerance / ability to operate in fast-paced environments
Strategic mindset
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to manage projects / process initiatives

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to negotiate Bond Indentures, Paying Agent Agreements, and Escrow Agreements.
Identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and regulatory risks.
Coordinate onboarding across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness aligned to contract terms.
Deliver high-quality, responsive service and anticipate client needs using technology to enhance delivery.
Work across teams to improve processes and efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote risk awareness culture and escalate issues proactively with recommendations.
Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments.
