Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President, Client Experience to join their Healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing client and inter-agency relationships, playing a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of their Healthcare Practice. The Vice President will possess proven leadership and client service skills, with experience managing integrated communications campaigns that drive measurable impact against client business goals. This individual will serve as the day-to-day client contact, manage communications across a cross-functional agency team and client team, and ensure flawless execution efficiently and productively. They will demonstrate personal ownership and accountability for client engagement, with the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships and growth. Experience with leading regulatory and launch communications, as well as scientific and data communications for pharmaceutical products, is required. The candidate will also bring experience in concepting and delivering consumer programs to reach patients and the public.
