About The Position

The Vice President of Construction Management provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s (GOAA) capital improvement program. This role is responsible for oversight of construction activities, quality assurance, safety of the major capital development initiatives across all airport facilities, including terminals, airfield infrastructure, support buildings, utilities, landside improvements, and special projects. As a key member of the Authority’s Planning, Engineering and Construction leadership team, the VP ensures that construction programs align with GOAA’s mission, Master Plan priorities, operational needs, and longterm strategic goals while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and fiscal stewardship.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in construction management.
• Strategic direction and operational oversight capabilities.
• Experience with capital improvement programs.
• Oversight of construction activities, quality assurance, and safety.
• Knowledge of airport facilities including terminals, airfield infrastructure, support buildings, utilities, landside improvements, and special projects.
