About The Position

The Siegel Group is a diversified real estate investment, development, ownership, and management company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company owns and operates approximately 12,000 multifamily apartment and extended-stay units across 15 states, along with a growing portfolio of hotels and commercial real estate. As one of the nation's largest privately held owner/operators of extended-stay housing, we invest millions of dollars annually in renovations, infrastructure improvements, property repositioning, and capital improvement projects designed to enhance asset value and resident experience. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional executive to build and lead our nationwide construction organization. This is not a traditional construction management position. This is an opportunity to build and lead the construction platform for one of the country's largest privately held multifamily and extended-stay housing portfolios. The successful candidate will oversee all capital improvement projects across approximately 12,000 units in 15 states while creating the systems, people, vendor relationships, reporting structure, and operational discipline necessary to support continued growth. This executive will spend the majority of their time in the field—not behind a desk. If you enjoy walking properties, solving problems, leading teams, negotiating with contractors, improving systems, and delivering projects on time and on budget, this is an exceptional opportunity.
