Position Overview The Vice President of Commercial Growth and Partnerships, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, is responsible for shaping and executing Elite’s commercial portfolio growth strategy across pricing, packaging, partnerships, and product line economics. This role ensures that product investments, pricing decisions, and partner strategy that translates into measurable ARR growth, margin expansion, and disciplined execution aligned with the Value Creation Plan (VCP). This role leads the orchestration of portfolio and offering strategy, pricing architecture, ecosystem and partner programs, and cross functional commercial alignment across Product, Go to Market, and Finance. This role is accountable for financial performance of designated product lines in partnership with Product and Finance, while serving as a strategic integrator across teams to ensure commercial decisions are coherent, scalable, and consistently executed across the portfolio.
