About The Position

If so, this is a rare opportunity to build and scale the enterprise deal motion for a global, matrixed organization. We are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Commercial Excellence & Transformation to architect, govern, and continuously improve the commercial operating model for large, strategic, enterprise‑level pursuits. This is a high‑visibility role that will influence how we qualify, shape, and win our most important deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, strategic pursuits, commercial excellence, deal strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or similar fields.
  • Deep expertise in long‑cycle, high‑value, highly customized enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong judgment balancing growth ambition with operational feasibility, contractual risk, and financial discipline.
  • Exceptional collaboration, influence, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build frameworks, tools, and governance models that elevate commercial performance.
  • Experience leading or materially improving large, complex, cross‑functional deal pursuits.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • 10+ years demonstrated success in process reengineering, automation, and large-scale change management.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise deal motion: Define stage criteria, governance, qualification, and pursuit frameworks.
  • Drive pursuit governance: Lead win‑rooms, deal reviews, and strategic oversight of top pursuits.
  • Enable cross‑functional execution: Align Revenue Ops and key partners around workflows, reporting, and support models.
  • Create tools & playbooks: Develop templates, checklists, and best‑practice guides for complex deals.
  • Lead insights & continuous improvement: Analyze pipeline health, win/loss trends, and process gaps to drive transformation.
