Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of commercial lending experience

Responsibilities

Developing and managing a high-quality commercial loan portfolio.
Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and attract new business.
Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining sound credit quality.
Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's financial goals and providing strategic banking solutions.
Collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Mentoring and supporting emerging talent within the commercial banking team.
Representing the organization through active involvement in community organizations, networking events, and business development activities.
Contributing to the continued success of our organization as we prepare for our transition to Landmark Credit Union.
