We are seeking a Vice President to lead our global Cloud Platform and Infrastructure team. This team bridges advanced public cloud and global network technology with commercial travel strategy to deliver customer travel solutions. We deliver a global network infrastructure so our airline and travel agency customers can serve travelers with seamless reliability. Our cloud platform teams deliver technology so that our product, engineering, and site reliability engineering teams can deploy agentic artificial intelligence and software solutions. As Vice President, Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, you will serve as a strategic leader of five diverse and highly technical teams. You will guide enterprise governance and platform modernization while ensuring exceptional stability and security. Your leadership will directly impact business outcomes by matching engineering capabilities to commercial goals. This role requires profound technical authority, sharp strategic planning skills and effective leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience leading enterprise architecture within technology or software as a service environments.
Proven success managing large divisions with full financial authority and operational management.
Deep technical expertise in public cloud and global networking.
Strong ability to influence executives and connect technical roadmaps to commercial goals.
Practical experience using agentic artificial intelligence tools to scale architectural design quality.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to build and lead diverse teams.
Mentorship for aspiring engineers and leaders looking to grow their skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the platform technology strategy for cloud transformation and modernization across Sabre.
Deliver high-stability and secure architectures that guarantee high-volume transactional scalability for global operations.
Align complex technical solutions with commercial travel strategy to maximize customer value.
Provide enterprise governance and technical leadership across engineering teams to maintain architectural integrity.
Deploy agentic artificial intelligence solutions within our design frameworks to accelerate software delivery.
Manage global network, enterprise database, cloud architecture, engineering and operations teams.
Manage internal portfolio of products and services and engage internal customers to constantly refine and execute on team roadmaps.
Oversee standards for all Windows and Linux (RHEL / Oracle Linux) operating system images and server deployments.
Provide executive escalation support for cloud platform and network issues and incidents, including engaging vendor partner leadership as needed.
Work with world class third-party partners to delivery technology solutions.
Partner with product and development leaders to build and deliver new technologies.
